STICK WITH IT! helps girls gain life skills that will serve them well through the college recruitment process, college, and beyond.
Kathleen Anderson, Parent

STICK WITH IT! Lacrosse Club prepares and develops players with a team play mindset and player development focus. Our curriculum entails an emphasis on fundamentals, small sided drills, draw, transition, lingo, goalie instruction, settled attack and defense, as well as game situations. Risk taking and creativity are strongly encouraged, while drills are designed to develop vision and overall lacrosse IQ. Conditioning and strength training are incorporated to help reduce risk of injury and enhance team performance. Come learn, have fun and compete!

Players interested in pursuing a career at the collegiate level, SWI can help players and families navigate the ever-changing collegiate recruiting landscape. From guest coaches, recruiting talks, and handouts, the STICK WITH IT! staff offers guidance and expertise throughout the year. Players can speak candidly with trusted staff, who represent playing and coaching experiences ranging from Division I to Club. In addition, personalized recruiting services are offered to our players and families that desire more in-depth advice and recommendations.
